Wayne Blance Managing DirectorWayne Blance has worked within the security industry for the last 22 years. During his time within the industry, Wayne has worked for some of the country's leading security providers in a variety of positons, including security officer and  door supervisor.

Wayne's life changed in 2000 when he was seriously wounded in a knife attack. This experience, the lack of personal protection equipment and the lack of support he received from his employer at the time; forced Wayne to re-evaluate his career and the security industry at large.

Following this Wayne set up Red Alert Security Europe with a clear mission to make the industry safer and more professional, as this would help him to attract the very best security personnel. To this day Red Alert Security takes the time to select their employees. All security personnel hold the correct SIA license for the roll required and immigration department checked along with receiving the best training and security equipment on the market today. This in turn, leads to high levels and employee retention which provides customer satisfaction in line with Wayne's vision for the company and future. Picture of Stuart Operation managerWith a strong managerial background in retail and area management, Stuart moved to the security industry over 12 years ago.  He worked from a security officer through to key Accounts Manager and Regional Director for some of the large national companies. Going back to college Stuart has gained qualifications in vetting and screening including the right to work checks along with risk assesments for prevention of injury and theft. Still very hands on and in the foreground he enjoys special event co-ordination.

Joining Red Alert three years ago as an Operations Manager, then promoted to Regional Operations, Stuart has worked with the operations team to promote high staff moral and approved contractor status with many of the clients you will find listed which ensures that full client satisfaction is delivered. He also keeps a keen eye on industry changes and trends which puts Red Alert at the cutting edge of service delivery.

Further to my last post we have now gained ACS status with the SIA for Static Guarding as of 23rd March 2009, which has been an on going project and puts Red Alert in the top 600 professional security providers in the UK.

Never sitting still Red Alert have now gained an extetsion to scope with the SIA and are now proud to add Keyholding to their ACS status, watch this space for 2010.

Mark joined the Company with over 22 years experience in frontline Warships and Military Establishments worldwide.  A professional individual with proven expert management skills.  He is proficient in his communication ability and has a highly adaptable attitude.  His previous job was working at the busiest search and rescue station in the UK where he was employed as a Counter Terrorist Officer and Security Advisor to the Command. 

Mark’s key strengths are expert knowledge of Personal Security particularly Close Protection & Counter Terrorism of which he holds the CP SIA licence.  He has also served as a Royal Overseas Police Officer, playing a major part in Police Operations affecting UK, NATO and civilian personnel stationed in a remote location.  He is a competent manager and team member, with his professional development and experience he hopes to broaden the company’s horizon.

Suzie customers servicesSuzie started her career in the security industry as a Door Supervisor in Manchester, transferring to Red Alert three years ago as a Security Officer. She was quickly promoted to Site Supervisor and retained that role for nearly two years, before transferring to Head Office.

With the wide range of positions she has held within the company and industry, she has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of each role and the needs that go with them.
